Legacy Sortation System Upgrades

It is often the case that after several years of operation the mechanical components of conveyor equipment and sorters are working perfectly well with good maintenance procedures. However, the electrical control systems originally supplied can become obsolete and unsupportable. Legacy controls also lack the flexibility and integration required to meet the needs of modern business. IDC is able to offer IT and PLC control system upgrades to existing equipment with a smooth transition from old to new and no loss of production or inconvenience to operations. Once completed the customer can then be safe in the knowledge their system can be supported by IDC with a choice of support contracts tailored to their needs.
